Your work is safe

When something stops, Codalio keeps everything completed so far. A Resume button almost always continues from where it stopped, without redoing finished work.

Signing in

What you see	What to do
Please confirm your email address before signing in.	Click the link in your confirmation email. Check spam, then use Resend Confirmation Email.
You never got the confirmation email	Wait a minute, check spam, then Resend the email. Still nothing? Email support@codalio.com.
A subscription plan is required to create more products. / Product limit reached	You've reached your plan's active product limit. Upgrade, or work in an existing project.

Your PRD

What you see	What to do
Scores stay low	Answer the AI's questions with specifics: who, what and why. Use Give me suggestions if you're unsure. Each agent's tooltip explains what it's missing.
Cannot switch versions while processes are running.	Wait for the AI to finish its current work, then try again.
Saving and versioning PRD snapshots requires a Plus or Premium plan	Upgrade to use PRD versions.
Exporting to this format requires a subscription	Upgrade, or choose another export format.
Scoping estimation failed. Please try again.	Click Retry Estimation.
Could not attach files from the home page. Try uploading again here.	Re-attach the files from the project's chat.
A file won't upload	Check it's a supported type (PDF, TXT, MD, CSV, JSON, PNG, JPG, WebP) and under the size limit (20 MB for documents, 10 MB for images).

Prototype

What you see	What to do
The preview is taking a long time	Building can take up to 10 minutes. You can leave: Codalio emails you when it's ready.
There might be a problem with your Preview. Do you want to attempt a fix?	Click Attempt Fix.
The build did not finish	Your documents are safe. Click Try building again. It reuses the design you approved.
This prototype is out of date.	Click Apply Latest PRD to bring it in line with your PRD.
Runtime errors detected. when publishing	Fix the errors in the prototype chat (ask it to fix them), then publish again.
Publishing timed out / UI publish failed	Click Preview on web (or Republish) again. If it asks you to Reconnect GitHub, do that first.
This UI Prototype is read-only.	Code has been generated from it. Make changes from the Build stage.
An upgrade notice about the previous UI system	Click Regenerate with new pipeline. It's free.

Build

If a build run stops, a card in the Build chat explains why.

Card	What happened	What to do
Run paused, out of credits	Your credits ran out mid-run.	Top up, then click Resume.
Paused, the AI service is busy	The AI service is temporarily at capacity.	Wait a few minutes, then Resume.
Paused, the AI service did not respond	A temporary connection problem.	Click Resume.
Paused, AI usage limit reached	Your AI usage limit was reached.	Resume once the limit resets (the card shows when). Contact us if you need it raised sooner.
Stage took too long	A stage ran past its time budget.	Click Resume to continue the stage.
Tests still failing after the retry budget	The agent couldn't make the tests pass after several attempts.	Click Attempt Fix for one more focused pass on the failing tests.
Agent hit its iteration limit	The agent kept working without converging.	Click Attempt Fix for a fresh, narrow pass.
Paused, not enough space on the build server	The build server ran out of space.	Click Resume. If it happens again, contact us.
Paused, couldn't read one of your uploaded files	An attachment couldn't be read in time.	Click Resume.
Run canceled	You stopped the run.	Click Resume to continue.
Code generation stopped unexpectedly	Something went wrong.	Click Resume. If it stops again, click Contact support: the email includes your support reference.

Code Generation is available on Plus and Premium plans.	Upgrade to generate code.
This repository's tech stack isn't supported for code generation.	Choose a GitHub user or organization instead, and Codalio creates a new repository.
Couldn't create your GitHub repository	Reconnect GitHub, or choose another organization. See Connect GitHub.
Choose GitHub target / Pick an organization or user from the list first	Open the Build stage card and pick where to push your code, then apply again.
No code generated yet / Nothing to publish	There are no new changes to push yet. Run a build first.
Workspace being prepared	Your workspace was cleaned up after inactivity. Wait a few minutes. The build starts automatically.

GitHub

What you see	What to do
Reconnect GitHub	Your GitHub authorization expired. Click it and approve again.
Install Codalio app	Install the Codalio GitHub App on the account or organization that owns the repository.
Publishing fails with an expired session	Go to App Settings → GitHub and click Refresh GitHub login.
The app is installed on the wrong organization	Uninstall Codalio at github.com/settings/installations, then connect again from Codalio.
Could not load your repositories.	Click Try again. If the list is empty, install the GitHub App on the account that owns the repository.

Launch

What you see	What to do
Your generated code hasn't been published to GitHub yet.	In Build, click Apply Changes to GitHub, then come back.
Deployment failed	Click Retry deployment. If it fails again, contact support.
Deployment is not available during the free trial.	Upgrade to Plus or Premium.
Your live app shows old content	Click Redeploy to cloud to publish your latest code.

Repository import

What you see	What to do
Analysis paused, out of credits	Click Add credits, then Resume.
Analysis failed	Open the project page and click Resume, or start a new analysis.
Analysis timed out	Click Resume, or start a new analysis.
A pipeline run is already in progress for this product.	Wait for the current analysis to finish.
Connect this repository in GitHub settings, or use a public repository URL.	For a private repository, connect GitHub and install the Codalio GitHub App. See Import from GitHub.

Payments

What you see	What to do
Your payment was successful, but we encountered an issue updating your subscription status.	Refresh the Subscription page in a few minutes. If your plan still hasn't updated, contact support.
Payment Successful - Product Creation Issue	Your plan is active. Click Go to Products and create the product again.
Could not start checkout. Please try again.	Try again. If it keeps failing, contact support.
